At this time we used three types of the great vietnamese carbon steel blades. The Bunka Blade is the longest one with 18 cm. The Blade of the Honesuki is a little bit shorter with 14cm but stronger. you van even use them for deboning works. The Tall Petty blades are the smalest ones with 13,5 cm.
Every blade is hand forged and every handle is hand sculpted. EVERY KNIFE IS AN UNICAT.
